Dopo il successo del mio esperimento per eliminare lo shampo definitivamente grazie ai suggerimenti di Simple Mom, ecco un’altra splendida ricetta per un detergente viso totalmente naturale che fa anche risparmiare l’idratante!
Gli ingredienti principali sono: olio extra vergine d’oliva e olio di ricino. L’olio di ricino pulisce i pori mentre l’olio d’oliva idrata.
- Per pelli normali la quantità è 1 porzione di olio d’oliva per 1 di olio di ricino.
- Per pelli acneiche o grasse provare 3 parti di olio di ricino per 1 di oliva.
- Per pelli secche invertire a 1 parte di olio di ricino per 3 d’oliva.
Sperimentate la combinazione che va meglio per voi. Mescolate gli oli in una boccetta che terrete a disposizione in bagno.
Massaggiare qualche goccia della mistura con i polpastrelli su tutto il viso (senza bagnarlo prima) per un buon minuto intero almeno facendo un bel massaggio.
Bagnare un panno con acqua molto calda (ma attenzione a non scottarsi) e appoggiarlo sul viso e lasciare in posa per un altro minuto circa fino a che non perde il calore, questo aiuta i pori a dilatarsi e a rilasciare le impurità.
Ribagnare il panno con acqua tiepida e usarlo per rimuovere l’olio dal viso dolcemente.
