Sono Silvia Bellesso e sono nata nel 1971.
Nel 2006, ho sposato Mike (che di cognome fa Harrison ed è inglese) e  il 1° Febbraio 2008 è nato Orlando Lawrence. Nel 2010 è arrivato Sebastian Roberto (il cui secondo nome è in memoria del nonno scomparso lo stesso anno). Ultima ciliegina sulla torna è Isabella Constance, nata nel 2012.
Abitiamo a Padova dove sono tornata dopo anni di pellegrinaggi a Milano, Roma e Londra che mi hanno arricchito e regalato una prospettiva nuova.
Ero una sarta ma ora sono mamma a tempo pieno.
Mike è un communication consultant che ha rivoluzionato la sua carriera per lavorare da casa e veder crescere i suoi figli.
La felicità per me è riuscire a mettere a pieno frutto tutte le potenzialità meravigliose che la vita mi riserva apprezzando con gratitudine le fortune che mi sono state donate.
Questo blog, evoluzione del mio sito pre-famiglia birdsandbees.it, nasce come un diario che raccolga e porti memoria di tutti i bei momenti della nostra famiglia (da qui us not it), delle cose interessanti che abbiamo scoperto, delle persone che abbiamo conosciuto, delle difficoltà che abbiamo cercato di superare insieme…

My name is Silvia and I live in Padova, a lovely town near Venice, with my English husband Mike and my children: Orlando Lawrence, born on the 1st of February 2008, Sebastian Roberto (whose second name is after my dad that passed away) born in November 2010 and Isabella Constance born in September 2012.
I moved back to my home town, where I was born and raised, to enjoy a quiet family life. Mike too has revolutionized his carrer to have the chance to work from home and help me raising our children.
I have travelled and lived in many places, gathering a lot of wonderful experiences and friends around the past years.
This blog was primarily born as a way for me to update family and friends that live far away or abroad about what’s going on in our lives.
It is also meant to be a diary that the children would hopefully love to look back at to see all the things their mum and dad where doing with and for them.
Not less important for me this journal wants to be a record of the good things and the good moments in my daily life, a treasure chest of joy and strength for the gloomier days that might come along our way.
The name of this blog comes from my pre-motherhood business as a tailor and fashion designer: Birds and Bees was the name of my collection.  I still love sewing but we thought it was time to evolve the site into a “.us” space since it’s all what this blog is about.
