Grazie zia Mighi, sei unica!
Nella foto siamo allo splendido agriturismo Le Fornaci a Baone (PD).
We are keeping all our fingers crossed while we say that so far so good at the new english school.
He started last week and he did not make much troubles apart from some understandable surprise at the beginning.
It had made it much easier for us (most all) so we did not have to put up with tears and upsetting which I don’t think I would have remained immune to…
But you never Know how is going to be next so we are just thankful for now and keep our fingers crossed :).
Probably one of the last sunny days of this late summer, just wonderful!
Orlando was in the mood for some playing in the park.
So while we were waiting for daddy to come back from abroad we went in for a bit of playing.
It is so uplifting to see such a lovely blue sky, especially here in Padova.
He had fun and when daddy finally called to say he was on his way we headed back home for lunch.
And finally the family was reunited again.
Daddy is away and Padova is rainy and sad, luckily nonna is staying over in these days so today we thought about doing some baking …
… as a treat to compensate a bit our melanchonic mood. Daddy be back soon!!!
Too many nice memories of Maiorca, too many things to write … I’ll just leave space to the images, they quite speak for themselves!
Fun began at the airport.
Nice private pool at the back of our apartment block.
The view from our flat of one of the beaches of San Vicenc.
Orli’s beloved “macchinina rossa” at the Despar beside our flat.
More fun at Port Pollenca along the seaside walk.
Another little bay-beach 30 secs from the flat.
And another one 1 min walk from our flat.
Palma de Maiorca’s spectacular cathedral.
Site seeing in Palma.
With super lovely friends Clia and Heidi.
Fire engine’s obsession.
Half an hour of rain in 12 days, not bad.
What a hard life…
Dates on palm trees in Alcudia.
Port de Alcudia beach.
The marina in Port de Alcudia.
Our favorite walk “la curva del mare”.
Last supper.
Goats in the swimming pool.
Thanks once more to our dear friend Nigel and his lovely family for letting us share this great holiday experience with them!
